Game progress
Progress, theories, notes and feedback drafts save in your browser. Clearing browser storage removes them. Incognito saves may disappear when you close the window. They do not automatically follow you to another device.
Feedback you choose to send
Prepare your report and review its preview first. Only pressing Send my feedback uploads it to the Oddlatch team. The report includes your selected game, answers, device category and the saved-progress description shown in the preview. The hint, retry and active-time summary is optional and off by default. Private notebook entries, raw save files and message history are not attached.
Please keep personal details out of free-text answers. Submitted feedback is stored in our Cloudflare database for up to 90 days and is not published in a public feed. Keep the receipt if you need to identify a report. There is no email subscription or marketing list in this beta.
Optional beta statistics
Statistics stay off unless you select Allow statistics. With permission we record the game opened, a catalogue visit or an ending viewed, a random browser-session code and the time. The code lasts for that browser session. We do not record your choices, clues, notes, name or precise location. Repeated copies of the same milestone in one session are counted once.
Use Beta statistics settings on a game page and choose No thanks to stop future collection. This does not delete previously submitted records. Milestones expire after 90 days. These figures describe consenting browser sessions, not unique people, and imported saves or revisited endings can affect the counts.
Hosting and abuse protection
Cloudflare handles network requests as our hosting provider. Our submission service uses a short-lived hash of the connecting address to limit abuse; it does not store the raw address in the feedback database. Rate-limit entries expire within two hours. Provider infrastructure may process network metadata independently.
Expired data is cleaned when collection receives a request and when the team exports a report. If collection is inactive, cleanup occurs on the next request or report run. No advertising trackers are added.
